2025 Accomplishments

At NXP, inclusion is integral to who we are. We value the diverse perspectives and experiences our team members bring, creating a workplace where individuals feel empowered to contribute and succeed.

Through ongoing programs, initiatives and listening efforts, we continue to strengthen engagement, build community, and support a culture grounded in respect, collaboration and shared success.

Key Inclusion Highlights

  • Exit Interview Insights

    We continued our voluntary exit interview process to better understand drivers of attrition and identify opportunities to strengthen support for women and underrepresented groups.

  • Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

    We expanded our global ERG network, including new Emerging Professionals/Young Community chapters in Mexico and the launch of our STEM ERG. Our ERGs were also recognized as a Global ERG Network Top 10 Enterprise for the second consecutive year.

  • Inclusion Insights

    We embedded Inclusion Insights into team meetings, creating space for short, meaningful conversations that reinforce inclusive behaviors and support collaboration, innovation and performance.

  • Events and Awareness

    We promoted inclusion through cultural and awareness initiatives across the year, including International Women's Day, Diversity Week, Movember and programs focused on disability awareness and intersectionality.
