FRDMGD3162SMK3L Half-Bridge Evaluation Kit for 3-Level Power Module

The FRDMGD3162SMK3L is a half-bridge evaluation kit (EVK) populated with four GD3162 single-channel gate-driver devices. The kit includes the FRDM-KL25Z microcontroller (MCU) hardware for interfacing with a PC installed with Flexible Graphical User Interface (FlexGUI) 2 for GD3162 software for communication to the serial peripheral interface (SPI) registers on the GD3162 gate drive devices in either daisy-chain or standalone configuration.
The EVK is designed to be compatible with Semikron-Danfoss eMPack 3-level power modules, in particular the eMP800TMLID12SC3SV1DPD. It supports double-pulse and short-circuit testing on a single-phase setup. Three-phase testing may be realized with three adjacent kits.
