    DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE

          Freescale is pleased to announce a specification change of
          MC908AP64, Mask Set 2L47P IOH/IOL electrical characteristics at
          5V.
         
          The original:
         
          1) Output high voltage at 5V
          At Iload = -12mA, the minimum VOH of PTA[0:7], PTB[4:7], PTC[0:5]
          and PTD[0:7] is Vdd-0.8V.
         
          2) Output low voltage at 5V
          a) At Iload = 8mA, the maximum VOL of PTA[0:7], PTB[4:7], PTC[0:5]
          and PTD[0:7] is 0.4V.
          b) At Iload = 15mA, the maximum VOL of PTB[0:3] and PTC[6:7] is
          0.4V.
         
         
          The changes are:
         
          1) Output high voltage at 5V
          At Iload = -15mA, the minimum VOH of PTA[0:7], PTB[4:7], PTC[0:5]
          and PTD[0:7] is Vdd-1.0V.
         
          2) Output low voltage at 5V
          a) At Iload = 6mA, the maximum VOL of PTA[0:7], PTB[4:7], PTC[0:5]
          and PTD[0:7] is 0.4V.
          b) At Iload = 12mA, the maximum VOL of PTB[0:3] and PTC[6:7] is
          0.4V.
          c) At Iload = 15mA, the maximum VOL of PTA[0:7], PTB[4:7], PTC[0:5]
          and PTD[0:7] is 0.8V.
          d) At Iload = 15mA, the maximum VOL of PTB[0:3] and PTC[6:7] is
          0.6V.
