    DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE

          This is to provide customer notification of freescale product
          MC68HC908JL3E/JK3E/JK1E new maskset 0L36W in MOS9. It is qualified
          for Commercial/Industrial tiers and not Automotive.
         
          With the new maskset introduced, the capacity will be increased to
          meet customer demand. The electrical characteristics and quality
          performance is the same as the current provided maskset L19E in TSC6
          fab site.
