DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE

      A change in the GaAs wafer epi material used in Power Doubler
      devices is being implemented to further improve the ruggedness of
      our GaAs CATV Power Doubler portfolio. While maintaining the same
      RF response and distortion performance, the change will make the
      devices more resilient to electrical stresses from multi-channel
      overdrive, ESD, and supply line over-voltage transients. The change
      will be implemented on all GaAs Power Doubler products with date
      codes of 0325 or greater.
