[in]	wSizeOfDataParams	[In] Specifies the size of the data parameter structure

[in]	pTMIDataParams	[In] Pointer to the parameter structure for collecting TMI.
[in]	pTmpBuffer	[In] Temporary buffer for framing the command buffer. Should be higher than 256 bytes.
