SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:


      RoHS
      
      The board must be certified RoHS compliant and suitable for assembly process
      used with RoHS components and materials.
      
      
      PRE-CHECKS

      Please spot check files to ensure that the data is reasonable and seems complete.

      Please advise immediately of any problems.


      LOGO
      
      Please place the Freescale Semiconductor Logo on the top-right corner of each board. 
      Please fax the panelized silkscreen layer for verification.
      
      Please place "CE" logo on underside, with center at 3.75", 1.35" from origin and 
      fax the panelized silkscreen layer for verification. The CE logo should follow
      the same orientation as the IC/FCC text:

      PANELS
      
      Please arrange boards in panels of 4-up (2 wide by 2 long). 
      
      Please generate a stencil gerber using M5208EVBE_Rev_E.CRC. Please include the fiducial 
      marking on the border in this file. 
      
      Please email the gerbers corresponding to the panel with borders for verification and 
      stencil manufacture. 
      
      
      BORDERS & FIDUCIARIES:

      Please add borders to the 2 longer edges. Border width must be at least 0.325" wide. 
      Place fiduciaries on border, 2 on top and 2 on bottom, asymetrically set for 
      automatically determining correct panel orientation.  


      IMPEDANCE CONTROL
      
      No impedance control is required on these boards, however, please provide detailed 
      specs of the layer thickness and copper weight for future reference. 
      
      
      CORE/PREPREG THICKNESS 
      
      The overall board thickness shall be 0.064". Thickness between layers 1 and 2 
      shall be 0.032", thickness between layers 2 and 3 shall be 0.016" and thickness 
      between layers 3 and 4 shall be 0.016". 
      
      
      PLATING
      
      Boards should be finished with flash gold on pads. 
      
      
      DRILL SIZE
      
      The minimum drill size will be left up to the board house to produce the highest yield.  
      
      
      COPPER WEIGHT
      
      Use 1/2 oz. copper.
      
      
      SOLDER MASK

      All vias with drills smaller than 0.030" should be solder masked (tented).  The solder
      mask should NOT pull away from these via holes.  Please advise if this is 
      NOT the case and we will re-run the gerber files.


      ROUTING OF PANELS:

      Please route panels and drill base of tabs to facilitate clean separation of boards
      and borders.


      QUALITY CONTROL

      Please supply specifications of laminate and the quality standard(s) you use.      
      Please supply QC certificate with name and signiature of inspector(s).
      Please electrically test all boards.
