Connecting to network

This chapter explains how to connect the Ethernet TAP probe to an existing TCP/IP network.

The Ethernet TAP probe is an Ethernet host device that may be configured for TCP/IP using DHCP to acquire its IP configuration (the default method) or through a static IP configuration.
