The Configure Table button lets you configure time unit in cycles, milliseconds, microseconds, and nanoseconds. For example, to display time displayed in the timeline graph in milliseconds, select Configure Table > Configure Time Unit > Milliseconds . It also allows you to set CPU frequency.
