The keyword arguments are:
0
Equivalent to -opt off.
1
Equivalent to -opt level=1.
2
Equivalent to -opt level=2, peephole
3
Equivalent to -opt level=3, peephole.
4
Equivalent to -opt level=4, peephole, schedule, autoinline, func_align 16.

Equivalent to -opt speed.
s
Equivalent to -opt space.
Options can be combined into a single command. Command is case-sensitive.
