DDR Tool is a Windows and Linux based software to help users to execute LPDDR5/LPDDR4/DDR3L training, stress test and DDR initialization. Generated code can be used within u-boot as it follows u-boot coding style. ATF and MISRA formats are also available under Code Format option, for certain platforms.

Currently supported memory types are:

  • LPDDR5 (JEDEC 209-5B)
  • LPDDR4 (JEDEC 209-4B)
  • LPDDR4_FLASH (JEDEC 209-4B)
  • DDR3L (JEDEC JESD79-3-1A)
