Overlay Charts

Offers an interactive representation of the Diag margin test results, displaying the overlapped eye contours.

  • Vertical axis contains Vref values in Volts.
  • Horizontal axis contains Delay coordinates in either UI or picoseconds, depending on the user’s choice. Values are automatically converted to the selected unit of measurement.

The chart can display all or any subset of the available data lines. This can be configured through:
  • The interactive legend from the right, which allows enabling/disabling any series on the graphic, as well as highlighting a specific one by hovering over its name.
  • Checkboxes below the chart for toggling an entire byte at a time.

The zoom function is available on the graph by drawing a rectangle for the area to be zoomed in and double-clicking to reset to the original format. To easily identify the position of a particular point, the coordinates are displayed after passing the cursor over that point.
