201701028I : Pre-announcement of bump fab transfer for TFA9882UK/N1
Due to the divesture of Nexperia which includes the DHAM fab we can no longer produce TFA9882UK/N1 in DHAM. This notification is to inform our customers of our intention to transfer the bumping of TFA9882UK/N1 from DHAM to ASE-K.We expect the release of the new version of this product to be in June 2017. A PCN concerning this change will be released in due time.
