The dual sourcing products TEF663xHW/V106Z have the same read byte 15h content (000110 = 06; ROM code V106) but depending on the waferfab the content of read byte 13h is different (02 or 03).Important information w.r.t. the read byte 13h (Chapter 12.1 of the TEF663x Radio User Manual; Rev 2.0; 22th April 2014) for customer who might use the read byte 13h content.Read byte 13h (HW sub-identifier): 010 = C --> read out value 02 (TSMC - mask set)011 = D --> read out value 03 (GF - mask set)
