The RF Module for BSC9131- and BSC9132-based development platforms is a flexible architecture enabling Benetel to supply the module configured to cover all of the major LTE dual frequency band combinations. In addition, the module has a 3GPP WCDMA (HSPA+) 10 dBm transceiver circuit making it a dual-mode solution.
The LTE circuit architecture is 2x2 MIMO. Product number BSC913XRF13-0205 has a 13 dBm LTE output at each RF connector and operates in either Band 2 or Band 5 via software selection. The RF module is designed for small cell applications with a JESD207 interface to the BSC913X SoC.
913XRF13-0205 is an FDD RF module which operates in LTE Band 2 and LTE Band 5. The Band 2 up-link frequency is 1850-1910 MHz and the downlink frequency is 1930-1990 MHz. The Band 5 up-link frequency is 824-849 MHz and downlink frequency is 869-894 MHz.
