The RF Module for BSC9131- and BSC9132-based development platforms is a flexible architecture enabling Benetel to supply the module configured to cover all of the major LTE dual frequency band combinations. The LTE circuit architecture is 2x2 MIMO.
Product number BSC913XRT13-4041 has a 13 dBm LTE output at each RF connector and operates in either Band 40 or Band 41 via software selection. The RF module is designed for small cell applications with a JESD207 interface to the BSC913X SoC.
BSC913XRT13-4041 is a TDD RF module which operates in LTE Band 40 and LTE Band 41. The Band 40 up-link and downlink frequency is 2300-2400 MHz. The Band 41 up-link and downlink frequency is 2496-2690 MHz.
