LPC-Link 2 is an extensible, stand-alone debug probe that can be configured to support various development tools and IDEs using a variety of different downloadable firmware images. It can also be used as an evaluation board in its own right for the NXP® LPC4370 triple core MCU. Through the use of an add-on board from Embedded Artists, it can be used as an oscilloscope or logic analyzer!
The board is comprised of target LPC1115 device and an on-board, CMSIS-DAP compatible debug probe. The on-board probe is compatible with the LPCXpresso IDE (version 7.9 onwards) and other toolchains that support the CMSIS-DAP protocol. The board is also equipped with a standard 10-pin header enabling the use of 3rd party debug probes, with a simple jumper setting required to select between the on-board or an off-board probe. The board is supported with a set of optimized drivers an examples.
