LPC1300 Series: Entry-level Microcontrollers (MCUs) based on Arm® Cortex®-M3 Cores


The LPC1300 series are entry-level Arm® Cortex-M3 based MCUs running at speeds up to 72 MHz that deliver a high level of performance with low power consumption. With Full-Speed USB 2.0 including onchip PHY and ROM drivers and a configurable analog system including a 12-bit ADC, the LPC1300 MCUs are the perfect design upgrades from our pin-compatible LPC1100 series.

The LPC1300 MCUs are ideal solutions for:

  • Applications requiring multiple connectivity protocols, analog, and precision
  • Designs needing performance (core) upgrades from LPC1100 (Cortex-M0)

Extensive range of peripherals

The peripheral complement of the LPC1300 includes up to 32 kB of flash memory, up to 8 kB of data memory, USB Device (LPC134x only), one Fast-mode plus (Fm+) I2C interface, one UART, four general purpose timers, and up to 42 general purpose I/O pins.

LPC1300 Series

The LPC1300 series includes USB based LPC134x and low power LPC1300L microcontrollers. The LPC1340 includes on-chip USB drivers for mass storage class (MSC) and human interface device (HID).
