The S32J family of Ethernet Switches and Network Controllers offers flexible, dynamic and automated configuration options, making them ideal for a wide range of in-vehicle applications. Whether for Central Vehicle Compute, Zonal Controllers, ADAS, or IVI systems, the S32J family is designed to meet the rigorous demands of Software-Defined Vehicles (SDVs).
As part of the NXP S32 platform and leveraging the common NETC networking foundation, the S32J family maximizes software reuse, streamlining development and integration across diverse automotive systems. The new S32J family is at the heart of NXP CoreRide Networking, bringing flexibility, cost efficiency and speed of deployment to companies developing SDV architectures.
With high non-blocking switching capacity, these devices optimize data flows, while the embedded hardware security engine provides advanced, hardware-accelerated protection for sensitive data streams. Offering a range of port interfaces with speeds from 10 Mbps to 10 Gbps and supporting the latest TSN standards, they enable a safe, secure and real-time communication critical for zonal architectures and SDVs.
PCIe integration ensures high-bandwidth, low-latency connectivity for real-time processing and high-performance applications. The high-performance dual-core CPU, capable of operating in in split or lock modes with dedicated on-chip memory, delivers robust processing power.
