  • Developed in accordance with ISO 26262 SEoOC methodology. Supporting ASIL B applications
  • Built-in functional safety monitoring circuit
  • Low power dissipation < 1.2 W
  • Very small footprint : 7.5mm x 7.5mm eWLB package with 15 x 15 sized Ball Grid Array (BGA)
