These RF high power transistors are designed for industrial, scientific, medical (ISM) and industrial heating applications ranging from 2400 - 2500 MHz. These devices are suitable for use in CW, pulse and linear applications. The high gain, high efficiency and improved ruggedness of these devices make them ideal to replace industrial magnetrons and will provide longer life and easier servicing.
