KEA128

  • MCU with low-power Arm Cortex-M0+ core and 8–128 KB of embedded flash, excellent EMC/ESD, high temperature, and low radiated emissions.

MC33937

  • Field Effect Transistor (FET) pre-driver designed for three phase motor control. Contains 3 high side FET pre-driver ans 3 low side FET pre-drivers. Both 5.0 and 3.0 logic level inputs are accepted.

MC33903

  • Advanced power management unit for the MCU and additional integrated circuits such as sensors and CAN transceivers

Functionality

  • Sensorless control using the back-EMF zero-crossing detection.
  • Closed-loop speed control.
  • Dynamic motor current limitation.
  • DC-bus overvoltage, undervoltage, and overcurrent fault detection.

Interfaces

  • LIN & CAN connectivity support

Debugging

  • OpenSDA debug interface (including USB to UART bridge)

Application

  • Application built upon the functions provided by Automotive Math and Motor Control Library Set.
