We will make an initial assessment and advise if we believe it will require additional hours. We provide ongoing communication of our activities and consumption rate of the purchased hours.
Additional contracts can be combined for larger quantity of hours or to extend the duration.
The customer is responsible for acceptance criteria of the support work. We will provide ongoing support as long as the contract is valid.
Yes. Each Pro-Support contract is valid for 12 months from activation or renewal.
No. Any unused hours are available for other issues that may come up on the same project for the duration of the contract.
