High Performance RF for the most demanding applications

When it comes to the most demanding RF applications, the first thing on the designer's mind is to meet the specified performance. So that is exactly what NXP enables you to do, with the added benefits of silicon-based, volume manufacturing process technologies. That means you can design your systems to the highest specifications while still retaining potential trade-offs with respect to efficiency, power, ruggedness, consistency and integration levels.

Featured product

Industry's lowest power integrated Ku-band downconverter

Datasheet (pdf)

The TFF101xHN family of downconverters (PLL synthesizer/mixer/IF gain block) is for use in Low Noise Block (LNB) converters designed in a 10.7 GHz to 12.75 GHz Ku band satellite receiver systems. These Universal DVB-S compliant Ku-band downconverters consume about 50% less current (52mA) than other integrated solutions. Additionally they are fully integrated and RF tested -- which results in significantly decreased manufacturing time. Stability of the local oscillator is guaranteed, which improves overall system reliability over temperature and time, and eliminates the need for manual alignment in production.
