The NXP® SCBGADAQT is a BGA socket adapter set which allows any 208-pin 1.0mm pitch MAPBGA surface mount device to be installed into a user's target system. It consists of an Enplas 208-pin Zero Insertion Force (ZIF) BGA socket, an SCBGAMQT PGA mini-grid socket adapter, and an SCBGARBQA BGA base with receivers. The SCBGARBQA BGA base with receivers is reflowed in the user's target hardware in place of the 208 pin device. The Enplas 208-pin (ZIF) BGA socket is inserted into the SCBGAMQT PGA mini-grid socket adapter and the socket assembly is then inserted into the SCBGARBQA BGA base with receivers. The 208 pin 1.0 mm ptich MAPBGA device is then installed into the BGA ZIF socket.
