The NXP® SCSKTWT is an LGA ZIF socket set which consists of an Enplas 416-pin Zero Insertion Force (ZIF) MAP BGA burn-in socket and an SCBGAMWT PGA mini grid socket. The SCSKTWT socket set is designed for use with 416-pin, 1.0 mm pitch, 27 x 27 mm MAP BGA devices. The SCSKTWT socket set provides an effective tool for device evaluation and analysis. The SCSKTWT supports not only fully balled parts, but has also proven effective for partially de-balled or LGA devices, making it quite useful for failure analysis activities.
