The NXP® SCBGAMWT is a PGA socket, which works with any 416-pin 1.0 mm pitch BGA surface mount base with receivers and SCSKTWT PBGA ZIF socket. The SCBGAMWT provides an effective means of protecting the pins on the SCSKTWT and helps to increase board clearance where necessary.
