The BFU730LX bipolar RF transistor evaluation kit simplifies the evaluation of the BFU730LX bipolar RF transistor. It contains two RF boards matched to 50 Ohm for the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Industrial, Scientific and Medical bands. The boards operate at 3 V and consume 12.5 mA. A spare printed-circuit board and SMA connectors are included for implementing custom designed matching and biasing circuitry. The kit also provides BFU730LX samples for prototyping.
