RW61x Tri-Radio Wi-Fi MCUs

Built on NXP’s i.MX RT600 crossover MCU family, the RW61x series offer highly integrated, low-power tri-radio wireless MCUs with an integrated Arm® Cortex®-M33 and Wi-Fi® 6 + Bluetooth® Low Energy (LE) 5.4 / 802.15.4 radios. RW61x wireless MCUs are designed for a broad array of applications, including connected smart home devices, enterprise and industrial automation, smart accessories and smart energy.

The RW61x series is supported by the MCUXpresso Developer Experience and NXP's FRDM development platform.
