NXP® offers a low-cost evaluation kit (MPC830x-KIT) containing a single carrier card and system-on-modules (SOMs) for each of the MPC830x devices, built on Power Architecture® technology.

  • The MPC830x SOMs are optimal cost reference development boards for the NXP MPC830x processors - the MPC8306, MPC8308 and MPC8309
  • The SOM provides the flexibility to interface other peripherals on-board by using a carrier card
