  • Arm® Cortex®-M4 LPC4088 microcontroller in a BGA package, running at up to 120 MHz

Memory

  • 8 MB Quad SPI and 512 kB on-chip program flash
  • 32 MB SDRAM (x32 bit databus for high-bandwidth access), 96 kB on-chip SRAM, and 4 kB on-chip E²PROM data memory

Connectivity

  • 10/100 Mbit/s Ethernet (RJ45)
  • USB Host (A type) and Device (micro-B) interfaces
  • Mbed HDG debug interface
  • 20-pin SWD/Trace connector (Arm standard debug connector)
  • 61 pin 0.3 mm pitch FPC connector for display expansion
  • 20-pin XBee compatible connector for RF module add-on

  • CMSIS-DAP Interface On-board (debug interface functions)
