The RDGD3162MITEVM three-phase inverter is a functional hardware power inverter reference design, which can be used as a foundation to develop a complete ASIL D compliant high-voltage, high-power traction motor inverter for electric vehicles. This inverter is compatible with the Mitsubishi CTF700CJ3D130 SiC power module.
