Features

Mainboard (power stage)

  • Input voltage 85-240 V AC, 110-390 VDC
  • Output power 1 kW without PFC, 0.8 kW with PFC
  • Output current 8 A peak
  • Analog sensing (input voltage, DCB voltage, DCB current, phase currents, back-EMF voltage, PFC currents, IGBT module temperature monitoring)
  • Motor speed/position sensors interface (Encoder, Hall, Tacho generator)
  • Overvoltage comparator with DC-brake resistor interface
  • Current inrush circuit
  • Hardware over-current fault protection

Controller cards

  • Accommodates target MCU (KE1xF, KV10, KV31, KV46, KV58, MC56F81768, MC56F80748, MC56F82748, MC56F83783)
  • SWD / JTAG and SCI isolation up to 5 kV
  • Onboard isolated power supply, allowing safe debugging
  • Controller card allows standalone operation
  • New OpenSDA debug interface
  • Mass storage device flash programming interface (default)
  • P&E multilink debug interface provides run-control debugging and compatibility with IDE tools
  • SEGGER J-Link-Lite allows users to take advantage of most J-Link features like the ultra-fast flash download and debugging speed or the free-to-use GDBServer
  • Can be powered by mini USB or by the main board
