NAFExx388-EVB Expansion Board

The NAFExx388-EVB is easy to test and designed for the NAFExx388, which is a highly configurable, industrial-grade multichannel analog input analog front-end (AFE). The board, connected to an LPC54628 MCU board, allows for easy configuration and reading of the measurement data thanks to a dedicated GUI which is installed in the PC. The board supports voltage, current, RTD and thermocouple measurements allow for fast and easy development of the final application.

Eight Configurable HV Inputs

  • Single-ended or differential, with ranges up to ±25 V
  • Independent configurations for voltage and current ranges
  • Overvoltage protected up to ±36 V for less than one hour

High Accuracy

  • 0.005% FS accuracy at room after user calibration
  • 0.1% FS accuracy over -25 ⁰C to 105 ⁰C
  • 17-bit effective resolution at 72 kSPS / 24-bit at 30 SPS

Fast Data Rates

  • 7.5 SPS to 288 kSPS

  • End-to-end calibration with integrated precise voltage sources
  • Accurate factory-calibrated products available

  • ±3 ⁰C internal temperature sensor
  • 0.2% internal oscillator accuracy at room temperature
  • Diagnostic system for faults detection and prediction
