The TEF82xx is an RFCMOS automotive radar transceiver designed for 76 GHz to 81 GHz FMCW radar applications.
The TEF82xx integrates three transmitters, four receivers, ADC conversion, phase rotators and a low-phase-noise VCO on a single chip to support short-range, medium-range, long-range and high-resolution imaging radar systems.
Optimized for fast chirp modulation, the TEF82xx enables radar sensors ranging from NCAP applications to advanced ADAS and autonomous driving systems. Developed in compliance with ISO 26262 and targeting ASIL B functional safety, the TEF82xx is compatible with NXP S32R29x, S32R41x and S32R45x radar processing platforms.
