I²C Voltage Level Translators

We offer a large selection of I²C voltage translators to address the various applications that need a transition of I²C signals through multiple voltage domains without direct control. There are three different types of devices:

• FET for low capacitance applications
• FET with internal one shot for mid (100 to 300 pF) capacitance applications
• Active buffer with two supply pins for high (200 to 540 pF) capacitance applications
