Low Side Switches

These devices provide load control switching to ground (low side) for resistive and inductive loads. Each of the devices provides multiple channels of open-drain MOSFET output switching using SMARTMOS^® technology for low RDSON and low power dissipation. Load and IC protection is provided for parameters such as over current, over temperature and over/under voltage.
