The camera module can be used for consumer applications requiring high-resolution image capture.
The 4K CMOS camera module uses the OS08A20 sensor from OmniVision. It is a high performance, 1/2", 8 megapixel (8MP), CMOS image sensor that captures 3840x2160 pixels at 60 fps. The camera provides full-frame and windowed 10/12-bit MIPI/LVDS images in various formats and can be enabled easily using the i.MX 95 applications processor evaluation kit (EVK). This kit includes an 8MP image sensor, a MINI-SAS cable and an adapter board to connect the EVK board and the sensor by MINI-SAS connectors.
