Our HITAG® products support the low-frequency (LF) RFID market—delivering high reliability, robust performance and safe data transmission. HITAG transponder ICs operate at a frequency range of 100 to 150 kHz and offer the advantage of operating in harsh environments. The portfolio supports a wide range of devices with different memory sizes, read/write or read-only access, standard compliance, proprietary encryption and a huge variety of delivery formats.

Transponder ICs in the HITAG family are compliant with ISO 11784/85 and ISO 14223 animal identification standards as well as the industrial ISO 18000-2. HITAG transponder IC's feature an ultra-low-power design to support the long read ranges needed for livestock tracking.
In combination with our HITAG tags, our HITAG reader enables fast and easy integration with fewer external components. They offer completely integrated analog front-end circuitry as well as a three-wire microcontroller interface. Configurable receiver parameters allow the optimization of system and transponder requirements.
