  • Angular rate: offset, sensitivity and temperature signal compensation and low-pass filter selectable between 12.5 Hz and 340 Hz
  • Accelerometer: digital signal processing (16-bit data) offset, sensitivity and temperature signal compensation, low-pass filter selectable between 15 Hz and 400 Hz 32-bit SafeSPI 2.0 compatible, 11 MHz maximum serial peripheral interface (SPI) clock
