Demo of smart retail interaction. A real-life commercial NFC deployment with the new collection of Adidas shoes, where NFC is integrated into the hard tag — called lace jewel. NFC increases customer experience — the jewel talks to the consumer, informing them on why they should buy and why the shoe is a valued buy (via videos andreviews). NFC increases ease of check-out at the point of sale the same jewel is used to check out the product.
