1. What Are Your Daily Responsibilities?
I’m a product owner on Change Management. It’s a challenge each day because I’ve no idea of what I
will be dealing with in advance. But some of my responsibilities include monitoring the execution
of the roadmap, planning and managing the delivery of the products, mitigating the project risks
2. How Do You Juggle Your Career at NXP With Your Personal Life?
I believe that you need to draw the line between your work and private time because having a
balance results in a healthy mind that allows for positivity, productivity and innovation. Having

with individuals’ needs so it’s fantastic to see this groundbreaking change reflected in the
6. So Here’s a Fun Question – If You Could Switch Jobs With Someone, Who Would It Be?
I think I would trade places with the CEO. I would like to see what his day-to-day struggles are
like, how he conceives of NXP’s mission and strategy, how he deals when operational issues arise.
And most importantly, I’d like to know how he deals with the pressure of the job.
7. So What’s Your Favorite Part About Contributing To The HUB Development?
I never thought that I could contribute to the HR vision, PR or branding activities so I learnt
that there is always scope for learning something new. And of course, if you see your idea
becoming a reality, it’s a great feeling of accomplishment!
8. What Is Your Personal Mantra?
If you are persistent, you will get it. If you are consistent, you will keep it.
