Gender Representation
Women make up 36% of our global workforce, and we are dedicated to improving hiring practices for women at all sites. We aim to develop and promote more women into technical and leadership roles.
Women represent 36% of our global workforce, consistent with our 2020 baseline. We have made targeted progress in key areas, including increasing representation of women in R&D roles from 16% to 20% and in executive roles from 13% to 18%. We continue to focus on advancing representation through hiring, development and leadership opportunities across the organization.
Our 2026 goals focus on enhancing the representation of women and other underrepresented groups at NXP. We use regional hiring targets, diverse interview panels and inclusive leadership training to foster inclusion and advance representation.
