TJA1042

NXP's TJA1042 high-speed CAN transceiver with standby mode is designed for all types of high-speed networks, in nodes that require a low-power mode.

TJA1043

NXP's TJA1043 is a high-speed CAN transceiver with fail-safe and diagnostic features that offer enhanced system reliability and advanced power management.

TJA1048

NXP's TJA1048 is a dual high-speed CAN transceiver that provides an interface between a controller area network (CAN) protocol controller and the physical two-wire CAN bus.

TJA1051

NXP's TJA1051 is a high-speed transceiver for all types of high-speed CAN networks in nodes that do not require a standby mode with wake up capability.

24 V Benefits

For transceivers supporting low-power sleep mode, pins BAT, WAKE and INH are 58 V robust, thus saving external protection components which are required for 12 V transceivers when applied in 24 V power systems.
