We are certified to ISO 45001, the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and — as part of that certification — every manufacturing site has an employee worker-safety council. Health-related examples

Subsidized gym-membership plans, access to fitness classes and/or onsite fitness facilities at many of our sites
Programs and guidance on nutrition, weight loss and avoiding smoking, drinking alcohol and drug use
Resources and assistance programs to source and/or consult with specialists for mental well-being

Safety-related examples

'Stop-work' authority, which lets any team member intervene when they believe an activity or a behavior may pose an imminent danger
Unannounced safety walkthroughs, performed by trained managers and worker representatives, to identify potential issues and recognize positive actions that contribute to our EHS culture
Incident analysis, including near misses, first aid and high-potential events to identify opportunities for improvement

2025 Results

In 2025, there were no incidents that resulted in fines or sanctions in connection with non-compliance with health and safety laws or regulations. There were no fatal work-related accidents for our workers or contractors. The main type of employee injury was sprain and strains. Each incident is documented and then corrective and preventive measures are put in place. We had 399 days lost to work-related injuries and ill health. We had 35 occupational illnesses and injuries, a severity rate of 1.16 and a Total Case Incident Rate (TCIR) of 0.08. Our performance remains within our industry benchmark.

Safety Excellence in Tianjin

We aim to create a safe, responsible and resilient workplace. That commitment was recognized in 2025 when our Tianjin site received the Safety Production Excellence Award presented by the Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area (TEDA) Emergency Management Bureau.
