The TJA1410 is a 10BASE-T1S PMD transceiver compliant with OPEN Alliance (OA) TC14 specifications, enabling cost-effective Ethernet connectivity for automotive and industrial networks. It communicates with a host MCU or switch through the OA 3-pin interface and supports advanced diagnostics, including topology discovery.
The TJA1410 delivers high signal integrity in electromagnetically challenging environments, low quiescent current, and support for wake-up signaling over the Ethernet data line.
The device complies with OA TC14 conformance specifications, supports Power over Data Line (PoDL) implementations, is developed according to ISO 26262 requirements, and targets ASIL B functional safety applications.
Participating products are available for a minimum of 10 years. Designated participating products developed for the automotive, telecom and medical segments are available for a minimum of 15 years.
