The KIT6X02AS2T1 evaluation board supports rapid prototyping and software development for serial peripheral interface to transport protocol link, SPI-to-TPL, battery management communication using the BMA6X02 gateway router IC. The board routes TPL messages from a microcontroller to two independent TPL ports, enabling flexible communication architectures for automotive and industrial battery management systems (BMS) designs. It includes two electrical transport protocol link (ETPL) interfaces, an SPI interface, an integrated SPI host and GPIO support for external device and sensor integration. The kit includes the SPI2TPL evaluation board and a 50 cm two-wire twisted-pair ETPL cable for evaluation setup.
