The BMA6002 and BMI6002 are battery management communication gateway and TPL transceiver ICs that bridge SPI or CAN FD networks with Transformer Physical Layer (TPL) communication.
They feature dual isolated TPL ports and serial interfaces for scalable daisy-chain battery management system (BMS) communication, with the BMI6002 optimized for industrial applications. The BMA6402 is a dual-channel TPL transceiver for electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS)-enabled BMSs.
Using a Frequency Locking Loop (FLL), it provides nanosecond-level synchronization across multiple devices, enabling accurate impedance measurements and reliable battery monitoring across systems of varying size and complexity.
