The TJA148x controller area network Signal Improvement Capability eXtra Large (CAN SIC XL) transceivers support ISO 11898-2:2024 CAN SIC XL, enabling reliable communication up to 20 Mbit/s in large topologies and payloads up to 2048 bytes for higher bandwidth and lower bus load. They interface CAN, controller area network flexible data-rate (CAN FD) or CAN XL controllers to the two-wire bus. TJA1482 is an 8-pin standby-mode device, qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 1, with 3.3 V / 5 V supply voltage for input/output (VIO) support.

- Supports CAN four-stage (dom-rec-dom-rec) wake-up pattern according to ISO 11898-2:2024 Section A.4.1
- CAN SIC XL communication up to 20 Mbps and up to 2048 bytes of payload
