CAN SIC XL

  • CAN wake-up pattern filter time of 0.15 μs, meeting Classical CAN, CAN FD and CAN XL requirements
  • Supports CAN four-stage (dom-rec-dom-rec) wake-up pattern according to ISO 11898-2:2024 Section A.4.1
  • CAN SIC XL communication up to 20 Mbit/s and up to 2048 bytes of payload

Fail-Safe and Protection

  • Undervoltage detection with defined handling on all supply pins
  • Full functionality guaranteed from the undervoltage detection thresholds up to the maximum limiting‑voltage values
  • Defined behavior below the undervoltage detection thresholds
  • MCU reaction timeout
  • CAN wake-up receiver powered by battery voltage (VBAT), allowing VIO and common collector voltage (VCC) to be shut down
  • Thermally protected
